There is an extensive network of footpaths throughout the Cotswolds and the estate has the long distance D’arcy Dalton way footpath running through it. For shorter walks a 3 mile ramble will take you to the Rollright Stones, a set of ancient Megaliths built between 4,000 and 1,500 years BC, some 800 feet above sea level on the Cotswolds and producing stunning views for many miles over unspoilt countryside. Fly Fishing for Rainbow and Brown Trout is available on our own two spring fed Lakes, just a short walk from the House. Complimentary fishing, tackle hire and tuition is available and excellent dry fly-fishing is to be had from late April until October.
